June 19th, 2010 - Canoeing the Kalamazoo River

We had nine Cub Scouts and their parents participate in Canoeing the Kalamazoo River. Our trip covered over 9 miles of river and lasted about three hours. We saw eagles and otters, fought a few splashing battles, and everyone had a great time!

Our last pack meeting of the year where we enjoyed a cookout, watched our Webelo II's cross over into Boy Scouts, recognized and gave awards to the rest of the pack.
